Summer Holidays at Rejtő Faculty

The Rejtő Faculty of Óbuda University will soon say goodbye to the academic year 2023/24, after the graduation ceremony the long-awaited summer break will begin. However, this does not mean that university life will come to a complete standstill: the institutes will remain open to students and the public throughout the summer.

The administration will still be possible during the break between 9am and 1pm, and some institutes may even involve students in research projects. The University Library and the Dean’s Office will also be open during the summer months. From 8 July to 23 August, the library will be open on Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Doberdó campus.

The autumn term is scheduled to start on 2 September 2024 ( https://uni-obuda.hu/tanev-rendje/). During the registration week, the Faculty and the Faculty’s Student Union will organise a number of activities for freshmen to facilitate their integration into university life. Programmes include information lectures and programmes to help you get to know the university campus and courses.

In the 2024/25 academic year, the Faculty will continue to offer a range of exciting courses and programmes, and will continue to expand and develop its training offerings to ensure that students have the most up-to-date knowledge and skills for the job market. The latest courses and programmes are available on the university’s website and on the Faculty’s Facebook page. The first day of classes will be 9 September 2024.

The Rejtő Sándor Faculty of Óbuda University hopes that the students and all its staff will have a pleasant and relaxing summer and will be recharged with energy for the next academic year. All staff members of the Faculty look forward to welcoming students back in the academic year 2024/25!
